Thumbs up New end links installed.... NICE

Fellow Modthraxers,

Just finished installing shorter end links on the Silver Sled.

Front received a pair of Energy Suspension units. (Part # 9.8117R)

Rear sway bar received a MUCH needed (IMHO) replacements. Oh, and they are adjustable too. NICE

These leveled out the sway bar due to lowering the rear 2" with Bell Tech shackles.

Initial test drive thoughts:

Improvement in the front was a little noticable (Still have the unsatisfactory Eibach springs, soon to be replaced by Ruslow units and adjustable shocks)

The rear was VERY noticible, for the better. Bear in mind and as you may notice, a Ruslow panhard bar is installed also. Yes, you could cut and weld the stock fitment but you still have to deal with rubber bushings and heim joints are the shizznit... or something.

40 mph around a round-a-bout and a slightly uphill left sweeper at 85 mph made for maximum grinnage for a few minutes.. hehe

Good stuff!

Did you get the front endlinks from SoCal as well? What was the damage for the set? BTW, you should be receiving your bumpstops tomorrow.

Edward, Ears of Chicken Dooood

Yep, bought the end links from So-Cal. Dont recall the price off hand but will send/forward the info tomorrow.

Thought about slicing the rear bumpstops while underneath but common sense smacked me upside the head that a pair are en route..

Looks like I need to move the panhard up a notch too.

Pain,

Just goofing with Photoshop....

Guess I could revert to the Bulldog logo...or something.

Edward, Tim,

Adjustable end links were $57, front end links were $5.50.

Richard,

California Location.

Yep, ordered front and rear. However, both end links are dependant on the drop you have (2/2 here).

Would you happen to have the part number for the rear adjustable end links?

What brand are they?

Thanks guys,
