Hi guys,

A well-known Mustang guru in Harrisburg NC is planning a shootout for Mustangs at Morresville dragstrip in June. I told him that I was tired of him discriminating against trucks and asked if he would consider allowing them to run. I also asked if he was worried that the L's would show him up ? He said that I would need to find out how many--if any, would be interested in coming.

I know that most of you don't live anywhere close to Charlotte (except for Chikenears), but for those of you that might consider running your trucks, lets hear it.

There isn't any thing final on the meet, I just need to know how many would consider coming. There are going to be a lot of powerful tangs there--all street legal, some pushing 700hp. I'm sure most of those guys would be very unsuspecting of 11 and 12 second L's! I plan on spanking a couple with my 5400 pound lead sled!

 

i come to charllote all summer on tuesdays to race in the summer shootout at Lowes SPeedway. If you give me some dates i might bring my L. I have a friend who lives in charllote that would also be intested in coming
