Tools needed?
Make a motor strap. I used a small piece of angle iron(the type used when you put up a garage door opener) and strapped the motor using the torque converter nut and the housing of the transmission. Once you get the motor locked so it can't turn, the hardest part is bustin' that lower pulley loose.
HOLD ON TIGHT, that stock pulley is a *&^%$ to get off. It took all I had to break it loose with a 2 foot cheater bar.

1/2 breaker bar(for use with the 14mm allen), 1/2 in, 9/16, 5/8 3/8 drive sockets, 3" extension. and the engine lock bracket(the 14mm allen and lock can be bought from sal@psp)
Other than that your done (i listed the 3 sockets and can't remember which two i used, but most people have all three)

You may hear me screaming from Allen if I can't get it off.

parts coming soon,
Thanks for all the replies!!! 2 more questions.. about how long is the strap ( I can make it at work)? and with a 4# pulley, what is the length, part number for a new belt? I would rather not break off the nub.
Thanks again!
Thanks again!

Any different belt??
Does the socket have to be short? I have one but it is longer.
The belt, just knock the tensioner tab off. It's the easiest way and works great. If you just have to get a new belt, take the factory belt with you and get the next biggest size. It's real close to fitting anyway so the next size up would fit. I don't know a part number. I snapped the tab off of mine.
