You beat me to it ...

Finally available . . . now we just need a 100mm MAF.
MAFterburner is a system which allows the owner to tune his/her air-fuel ratio in 400 RPM increments from idle to redline. This allows the owner to optimize the air fuel ratio for best power thoughout the operating range of the engine using a laptop computer. There are two separate tables to allow the tuning in both open loop (wide open throttle) and closed loop (part throttle cruise) situations. The software is user friendly and allows the operator to make quick adjustments in real time, while driving or on a chassis dyno. A sample of the screen from the software is shown above, which illustrates many of the key features of this device. The MAFterburner allows the user to fine tune his/her car and accommodate larger injectors, aftermarket mass air meters, and many other part modifications.

Boostin01L,
From SHM - If you’re engine is making sufficient horsepower, and thus has an intake air requirement that exceeds the measurement capability of your meter, there is NOTHING that you can do to fix that problem properly except for obtaining a new meter with greater full-scale range. However, the actual calibration of the new meter is less important as the MAFterburner could be used to tune it perfectly for your car’s configuration. All that really matters is that you do not “peg” (saturate) the mass-air meter.

RA, see above post regarding "pegging"
The MAFterburner is still a good tool for us with the stock 90mm MAF. It can be a great help in tweaking problem areas like partial-throttle, tip in detonation.
It would be sweet in conjuction with an aggressive chip program. You can dial back and make it more streetable when you need it to be.
