I'm not sure if Autozone carries them. I would assume so, but you might want to call ahead. I don't believe there is a difference in the kits between a Lightning and a regular F150.

When you go to put the upper arm back in, instead of using the stock nuts/bolts you took out, put in the new cam bolts and torque to specs.

You don't need a spring compressor nor do you need a second jack if you have jack stands.

I did more or less what RTKILLA did, only I removed the swaybar end links and separated the top ball joint by banging on the spindle next to it with a ball peen hammer. Because I didn't remove the upper arm bolts, I didn't remove the wheel well liner.

You have to lower the arm quite a ways before the spring comes out. It's so well shrouded on both ends that I can hardly imagine a scenerio where it would fly out.

Take a look at this thread. It was pretty easy this way.

Speedin Bob, I knew someone was going to ask that. My Chilton's manual is at home so I won't be able to post the specs until tomorrow. Maybe someone else can chime in with the info.

Speedin Bob-
The torque spec for the upper control arm is 84 to 112 ft-lb.

Thanks Phat150. I forgot to look at my manual before coming into work yesterday.
