Help needed pronto, wheel stuck

I have 17" Expy wheels on my L for winter, trying to take them off, and they're stuck. The lugs are off and there seems to be no play between the lug and the hole. Is something holding them on, or are they 'frozen' to something?

HELP!

I dunno. It's been on for 3k miles at MOST. If it is rusted on, how should I go about getting it off? I'm afraid to really beat on it cause I don't want to damage bearings or something.

Seen this alot as I was in the tire business for a few years. After being on all winter, your rims will oxidize to the center of your axle or hub. Spray the center of the wheel with penatrating oil and let it sit for 10 minutes, spray again and wait again. The with a heavy rubber mallet, hit on the back side of your wheel out toward the bead area,(where tire mounts on rim) or if your have to use a steel hammer, hit the tire rubber itself. This should break the rim free but be careful cause when it lets go, it flies. Good luck. Moving to Florida also solves this problem!!

I just sit on my but and kick the outside of tire with the bottom of my foot.

use some penetrant around the center of the hub as that was rusted, couple of swift blows to tire and it came off.

Tip for next time - Apply some anti-sieze compound to that mounting surface so it prevents it from happening again.
