Bitchen! I love that hood! Is it going to take a lot of prep to finish and any idea of what the prep and paint will cost?

I LIKE,I LIKE ALOT!!!

I test fitted mine last week. The guy at the body shop said it was the best fitting ,best quality aftermarket hood he has seen.As for the Street Scene Wiper Cowl that was another story. He said he will spend more time preping that then the hood.So I sit and wait.

im looking at about 2hrs of prep time

paint supplies are as follows (all PPG products)
1)NCP250 Primer & NCX255 activator $60

2)DBU9700 base color &DRR117 reactive reducer $50

3)DCU2042 clear & DCX61 hardener & DT870 reducer $65

all quantities are Qt except for the NCX255 & DCX61 are 1/2 pints

just under $200 with a couple of mixing buckets and screens thrown in

im painting mine myself im sure if you had it done proffesionally it would be anywhere from $600-$750 im just guessing tho
