Shock replacement question
Shock replacement question
Hey guys, I am putting the '01 Bilsteins on my 2000 - how hard a job is it to do yourself? What tools are required? How long does it take?
Anyone have an FAQ with pictures?
Thanks in advance.

Rear shocks are 18 mm on the bottom and 13/16 top, you'll need two 13/16, one to hold one nut while turning the other.
Front are 13mm socket on the bottom, 13mm open end wrench on top.

It takes about two hours, maybe more or less. The only special tools you might want are an air wratchet for the L/R shock bolt on top. Otherwise it's painless.
