Best Place for Lightning Rim Replicas

I am looking to purchase 20" '99-'00 Lightning rims. I am looking for the silver ones, not chrome. I have found 2 places that sell them.

Performance Wheel Outlet has them for $1399/set.
Classic Motorsports has them for $229/wheel.

Does anyone know if these wheels are similar in quality? Is one place better than the other? Any input would be greatly appreciated

The one for $229 is probably an 18" wheel, and the other is a 20" wheel.

I can't speak for the Performance Wheels but I have had the Classic Motorsports 20" silver rims for about six months with no problems so far. That price sounds about right + shipping.
