Which tonneau cover should I get?

I got the bedrug and I'm not going to put it in until I get my tonneau cover. I'm looking at an ARE. What do you think? Show pics if you have them!

Snuglid seems to be real popular here.

Nice innovations!

Do you have to drill any holes to put that innovations on?

Kind of like it's there but it's not

LoPro's are different. I've had mine for almost 2yrs with no problems.

The Snug lids look very nice and slim. The inovations do also. My question, are the snug lids strong. Some companies say thiers are strong, but the snuglid isn't as strong. If anyone has the snuplid and can offer thier opinion on the strength and ease of use and quality that would be awsome.

And finally, what do you all think about the wings on the cover. I kinda like them, but wasn't shure what everyone elso thought.

Damn, i think it looks great! I had an are on my 99 Z71 and you didnt have to drill any holes, it was clamped on. I didnt like it because it wore the paint off above the tail lights, bad design i guess. And it was REALLY heavy. Fast, let me know what you find out about them, I really liked it. I would really like to know how heavy it is.

im not sure how heavy it is but i called the company in cali and they told me it was $900 installed.

phillip, who cares what we think if u like it, go for it. ive never been a huge fan of them, but then i look at tampasvt's truck and it looks pretty rad!!

i talked to a guy at the ford dealership who had a snuglid installed the week b4 and he was real happy with it and didnt seem to have any strength concerns.

You can drill it (I did) or you can clamp it. It weighs 123lbs. This is how it looks in red.........

Unless you get a used one you won't be able to find the mpulse low-pro(which was made by A.R.E.) They only make the LSII.

Did they stop making the LoPro ? I love mine, lightweight, good build quality, paint is top notch. ARE makes a good top for sure.

When i bought my truck it already had a few aftermarket items and one was the leer 700 series toneau cover. So far no problems, easy to remove with quick release, no leaking. One thing i did notice is if it is really cold out or icy, sometimes hard to get the key in the slot to unlock. A guy at a truck place said to put some dry graphite in there and that will fix any of that. If ya want pics e-mail me piekappphi@aol.com
