They discontinued the Low Pro because of the latches. I'm on my third set on my 99. ARE has replaced all of them (the last set just last week) for FREE! The guy I talked to at my dealer said ARE told him the latches have been such a problem that they were discontinuing the Low Pro. Someone on this board filled and painted the latch holes and came up with a latching mechanism that latched to the side of the bed instead of the tailgate. He would lock them by hand and then close and lock the tailgate. I may be forced into doing something like that.

I was sold on the ARE !

Beautiful tonneau! The lines follow the hood. Great fit, 2 pistons, carpeted, nice latch, warranty second to none and removes quick. No squeeks either!

For the Innovation Tonneau Cover you don't have to Drill any thing i should have mine by tomorrow. I will have to paint it but then i will post some pics of it. I called and talked to a guy and i had him send me one the paint was chipped. It was a different color than my truck anyway so i got a real good deal on mine.

FastasL That Looks cool as ***** on Red. Thats what color mine is. You bought yours pretty recent though right. You have the one without the led in the middle of the spoiler. I Might have to do some Fiberglass work to get rid of mine.

FastAsL

Cost was $895+ shipping. From L.A. to Miami that was $230. Worth every penny though...........People drive off the road lookin at it now

choice depends on function,plus looks

Lots of good choices. I particularly like clonetek's for a fibreglass cover, but if you use bed much a hard cover seemed impractical for me. I've had a Rol'nlock for 2 years now on my 2kL Like it's low profile look (fl;ush with top of bed (except cannister near cab) and "fabric" look. Also, has 4 position settings for opening.

Hey Jake How is the roll and lock as far as water proof? Also did you install it or have it done at a installer?
