I sent my chip for a reburn on Monday. I overnighted it so it got there on Tuesday and still haven't gotten it back yet. I'm not mad or anything but how long does it usually take?

 

It could take a few days or a few weeks. It all depends on the tuner's work load and priorities.

 

Mine was about 10 days door to door. I had it overnited back..got great service from XXX. Just got it back on thursday

You need to remember, JL is getting ready for a very big race down here in GA this coming weekend. He'll probably have to drive down Thursday(?) from PA, so he's been mucho busy I would think.

Be patient--all our tuners do a great job servicing their customers but they have to have time to 'beat up' on their trucks too.

This is why I have 2 chips.

If I have to send my flip chip in for a reburn, I allways have the old standby mild street chip to hold me over.

 

Thats a good idea Don. I sent my back for a reburn and it really does suck driving a stocker.... Burned a tank of gas today moving from my apt to my house, can't wait for the new and improved Fast Gator

 

I sent my XXX chip in on tuesday and had it back in my truck on Thursday before noon. I think XXX likes Chikens!
