What the HE!! is the top end on these babies, going to work today just happened to run into a "fellow worker" ,I was going to do a fly by but he saw me coming and got out his fred flintstone legs and wound up his little Gm,I still blew by him but when I looked at the speedo it said 125!!! MY GOD it was so smooth and she was still pulling like hell.I read 140, but I think we would have blown by that too,No I didn't look at the Tach,but what can I say I was in "Woody" mode

 

from the factory the 99-00 are 140 and 01-02 is 142. with a chip that can be easily fixed. we would have high top speed if we werent shaped like a damn rock. thats the only problem. if you do a lot of top end blasts i would get a program for it. i know sal has a top end program.

 

The speedo will come to a rest a red hair past 140. If you wanna go beyond that and know what you are doing you can set the digital odometer up for MPH. Push and hold the trip odo button in and turn the key on to energize everything. Keeping the button in for 4-5 seconds and it will say "test" in the odo window. leaving the key on or starting it you can keep pushing the button to scroll through the functions. When it says "ENG000" in the window that will be the digital speedo and it keeps climbing past the 140 mark.
