Looking for a Digital EGT sensor.

I'm looking to get a digital EGT for tuning my truck a little better with the new fuel pressure regulator that I have on my truck. My buddies all use a unit by ARC, but I can't seem to find that on the net. I would like to get the same ARC unit cause its really sweet and seems to be ultra durable also.

I did find this one at JEGS though. http://www.jegs.com/cgi-bin/ncommerc...893&prmenbr=76 It looks like a nice unit also, but have any of you guys use this one before. I just want some feedback before I go ahead and order this one today.

Or if anybody know where I can find the ARC unit, that would be great too.

Thanks boys,

Later, Joe.

I haven't bought anything from this company but try: www.racepak.com. They have several choices. Just type into their find box "egt".

Check out aircraft parts houses. A good one I shop at is
www.aircraftspruce.com
Wow...I just dialed them up and they now have a Race Car Catalog. When did that happen??
May want to request both catalogs. They have an extensive selection of all type gauges, sensors, and switches. They ones I am referring to are in the aircraft catalog, but might be in the race car one too. You can get real fancy with aircraft stuff. Can provide readouts for just about anything you want to measure; manifold air pressure/temp, exhaust temp, ram air pressure readings, etc., etc.

good luck chuckw
yeah...just stock!

Why not buy the thermocouupler (K Type) then pick up a Digtl Thermoter off of ebay for ~$40. You could have less than $100 for the same thing. That's what I'm doing for my SVO.

The place to find EGT parts info is here...
www.ford-diesel.com this is also my new home sense trading the L for my F350 PSD! Go to the forums and you could read for days about all of the EGT monitoring hardware out there.

Cool Here you go RTKILLA...

This is the same setup I run on my Cobra... It should work great on your L....

http://www.percyshp.com/digextemin.html

You can ge it through Summit Racing for $236.00 which would be part number PHP-55140..

I hope that helps,
