How long for these installs?? help

How long for these installs?? help

I am about to pay someone for installing the following parts in my 2000L and I am just wondering how many hours are generally required for these. Nay help please and thanks.:
eibach front springs?
rear shackles?
NGK TR5 plugs?
3.73 gears?
lower 3lb pulley?

rear shackles? 15-20 min
NGK TR5 plugs? 1-2 hours

lower 3lb pulley? 30-45 min.

Paid $100 here in S. FLA for FRP Front Springs and Rear Shackles
*PLUS alignment

NGK TR5 plugs?
??? Dont know had my dealer install as a favor!

3.73 gears?
Going rate down here is about $150-175

lower 3lb pulley?
*Bought lunch for my Friend....it was a quick job

On the plugs, I called around before doing them myself. Every place I talked to quoted three hours of book labor. Unless you have someone who charges you actual labor as a favor, you'll likely be charged full book regardless. About $180.00 should be expected.

Rear shackles cost me $50.00.

Rear shackles take 20 minutes with a floor jack and jack-stands, first time, likely faster with practice. So $50 would be steep...

Gears around here run $200 or so for install.

No clue on plugs yet...
