Did you tear the boot or did it just pop off the coil pac?

I have had them come off, but was able to just pop them back on.

now i know to use a small screwdriver to break it loose from around the plug..

heres the boot that got stuck...

a couple more were stuck today, but i used a piece of a antenna off of a K-40 and some silicon grease to poke around inside the boot. they popped off after that. it broke the seal that the boot had on the ceramic part of the plug.

i checked every plug before putting it in.

I got a set of Denso's coming also. But it was my understanding that the gap should be .040 not .038. Did you go with what they where out of the box for fear of breaking a tip trying to gap? That's a real possiblity with these plugs or so I hear Iam not sure which ones Iam getting, I'll just take what Sal sends

sal told me to go with .038-.040

it has slots cut in it to gap plugs.. dont use the disc style that goes between the electrodes..
