quick question that i need answered FAST please
ok on the passenger side of the engine on the heads there's this little thing that looks like a spark plug... 1 what is that thing. 2 DONT TAKE YOUR TRUCK TO MEL CLAYTON FORD! They forgot to put that back in after installing my spark plugs!!!!

Is it black with white lettering on it? If so, it's the PCV valve. Should have a rubber 3/8" hose pressed on to its top end and the other end of the hose attaches up on the side of the intake plenum/adaptor. If it's still there, just push it into the rubber grommet on the top of the camcover.
