Can any one explain to me what the difference between the 16's, 20's, and 22's are, besides the heat range. Thanks.

yah, that is pretty funny, huh?
What I meant to ask was, what mod's usually go with each plug. stock with "plug 1" or lightly moded with "plug 2"

It is heat range and basic tuner preference,I bought the "denso's" from JL. expecting the IT20's like everyone has been talking about,When I recieved them they were the IT22's,so I called him and he just said he PREFERED the one step cooler plugs for what I have had done to my truck so thats what he sent.Thats it
