So Close... need advice. quick. please

Argh... I stayed up last night thinking about this truck... I want one... but I'm afraid of commitment.
I called a dealership yesterday... they wanted 39,000 for it. I told them "goodbye", and she said "wait. What will you pay?" I said nothing over 32,500. She said she could do that! I said there was a dealership in my town that could give me that. I don't need to drive 50 miles. She said she could go 31 if I was serious. I said with an extended warany and a toneu. And only if they took my Z28 on an even trade (small down payment +60 month finance = I owe $1000 more than trade-in bluebook. heh). She said come in, and we'll talk. She said they had a blue one in the show room... Was going to drive there after work, but it was raining... now, I have a weekend to test my will power... I don't know if I want to... will power is over rated. This is hardly an impulse buy... I've been thinking about this truck ever since I realized that a Z28 with a 6 speed manual wasn't the best choice for someone over 6'7.
But... the redesign possibities. The 4.6 stang now has 390 hp... just thinking about what they're going to do with the 5.4 lightning... Part of me tells me to just wait for 2003. The other side says What if nothign happens in 2003? What if you have to wait till 2004? Realistic? No. I'll go freaking nuts.
I need advice. Please. Quick.

Guapo,

sounds like a good deal, almost too good to be true. Watch out , I went thru something similar. After a few days I went back and the guy told me that "I'll tell you anything to get you from leaving". I'd get the deal in writing because when they bring in the "closer" it seems to be a whole new ballgame.......
Hope you can get your deal without all the BS, good luck and just do it!!

If you read my post and follow the instructions in the link, there is no BS, haggeling on price, etc. It's a foolproof plan to get an AWESOME price on a new L!!!

I have received over 10 e-mails from people thanking me because they followed my plan and saved a small fortune on their purchase.
