In all honesty I would do it myself. Go here for the front end: https://www.f150online.com/forums/sh...threadid=62144

The rear is pretty straight forward.

You can do it this way, after installing go to the alignment shop that you know and ask for them to check over it.

Hey Chris
Maybee we should have a little lowering party one nice spring weekend. I have to swap out my front spring, I got a new set, and Probie is buying my Hotchkiss springs.

My alignment shop charged me $250 CDN to install the FRPP kit. That also included the NAPA cam bolts and an alignment. He also rechecked the alignment twice for me, to make sure everything was tight. The kit has been on about 5 months now and no goofy tire wear.

It all depends who you go to. I paid my local body shop guy $150 to do it after hours and he did an awsome job, this was just for coils and shackles. C-notches, new shocks, ect. could be more.

I got it aligned a couple weeks later by a Ford dealer. I know, I know...stupid move, but i was getting some other work done too.
Anyway they charged me $150 labor for putting the cam kits in and 59.99 for the alignment What a freakin rip off, that was 2 hours worth of labor for some cam bolts!

I'd attempt to do it yourself, or pay someone "under the table" to do it. Most shops charge too much.

A local shop wanted $150 + parts to install the front springs, I just did it myself and had an alignment shop put in cam bolt kits and align it for $160. Putting the front springs in was simple. I dont know about taking the rivets of the rear hangers though for the 3/4 drop kit......that might be a bit much for me

It would probably take a susp. shop a few hours at most to do a whole drop kit, and they definetely know what theyre doing, but I just wanted to see how it all works and be able to switch out to stock if I ever need to.
