Why in Zeus's name would anyone spend $500+ on a jack, unless they plan to leave it in the truck while they race? Who are they made by, Rolex? I fail to see why they cost so damned much; material costs can't be much more for aluminum than steel, and fabrication should be easier. Maybe if they were made of titanium/boron alloy and inlaid with rubies? I paid $45 for a 3000 lb. floor jack at Sears, and it only weighs 54 lbs. To save $550 bucks I think I can lift the extra nineteen lbs. into the truck myself. Hell, i could hire someone to do it and still save a bundle of money.

It is a powerlift jack
They have them at costcos for $349 and it is WELL WORTH IT.I use it all the time and I like it a lot.
alphadoogy- no flame but your sig shows you spend a lot of money on your truck. So think of this as a $349 mod that you can use on all your vehicles.Again no flame.
