This whole situation does bug me. I'd imagine that they have an account with fed ex or ups to help them get things shipped out. R&D probably takes a lot of their time, but shipping should be a breaze. Running a business i do understand not being able to return phone calls all day, i'm sure if all they did was talk on the phone not much would get accomplished. I do hope they are just too busy though, i'd imagine they are busy durring the last few months of winter, plus a vacation is always nice to have no matter who you are. But just because you are on a trip doesn't neccesarily mean that you can't hire someone else to just sit there and ship orders out. It is very frustrating for any consumer to have to put up with any sort of delay without knowing the reason why. That is a good business practice to have. I wont buy anything online till i at least get an email out to the company with a professional response to my concerns and questions,,, it helps to feel that you are dealing with a real business, and not someone out there to rip you off.

the only problem with down south is everybody moves at about 1mph pace!

There's no such thing as fast food down south

I've got a Factory Tech accumulator on order also. It's been about the same amount of time. When it shows up, I'll install it and be happy!

Too small a thing to get all worked up about.

Ok, I think this thread has run its course. The original question was answered, it has turned into piling on. Thus, it's now closed.
