It will probably come out with an automatic transmission instead of the six speed shown on the show vehicle. The price will definitely be $45,000. Viper engines are very expensive. Just look up the price of a Viper engine crate motor. The Viper plant will, of course, continue to make Vipers.

 

If you had a lot of free time and a very well stocked garage, and a complete Ford parts catalog, you could go and pay retail for each individual part for a L and try to build it yourself. Not a smart idea. We pay retail for crate engines; manufacturer pays cost.

 

hell even if it's gonna be 45k I'd still rather put that money towards a Z06.

Also suspsension hasen't been finalized means it's not got going to handle good, or come with over 18" rims and tires.
