Paging SVTRobG

Hiya was wondering how you liked your ride with your 4/6 kit done?

I was thinking of doing the same will have 20x8's with 255/30/20's.

Just wondering if you are hitting frame rails or anything else on the street.

Truck looks great.

When i say bottoming out i mean frame hitting the ground not the axle hitting the frame rails.

Rob has a 3/4 kit on his truck and so far he loves it.

He did some testing with different shocks and the doetsh shocks are the ones he likes the best.

he did do the C nothc in his frame so the axle wouldn't hit the frame. With a 3/4 kit you do hit the frame quit a bit and I'm even going to do that now cause I can't stand it.

He said the ride is better then the stock height with blisteins and better then any other setup he's had on the truck. I'm going to switch over to those shocks too and he even said that there coming out with adjustable shocks for us with the L's. NICE!

I haven't rode in his truck but when he comes back thursday I'm meeting up with him to listen to the long tubes and feel the ride of his truck. I can't wait to find more stuff o buy!

Oh yeah, his rims are 20x9.5 and the tires are 295/40/20's. Don't even try the 30 series tires cause there way to small and they'll look goofy and ride like crap and hook on the street even worse. Stick with a 40 series tire for the 20" rims, thats the perfect height with a 295 or 285 tire. and 20x8's are to small, you'll loose allot of traction and you'll be sorry. make sure there atleast 20x9's so you can fit a wider tire on the truck. there's not to many good hooking tires in 20" so you need to make them as wide as possible and the 295's are about it now.
