PSP Pulley install question

PSP Pulley install question
Is the center of the new pulley suppose to slip over the casting of the balancer so that it is flush to the balancer to tighten the bolts?

The instructions say it will be a tight fit but I don't see how it is physically possible to fit over the casting.

Got it- the adapter comes off if you wack it real hard- doh!:o
