Any tips on installing sound deadening material in cab.

I am going to be installing some sound deadening material under the carpet and behind the seats and was wondering if there is any tips in getting the plastic panels out that are behind the seat. Do you just pop out the plugs?
Also any other help or secrets would be appreciated.
Thanks
Chris

VERY carefully, push in the center part of the buttons. If you push too hard, the center part will pop out the back behind the panels, and could be lost forever. Once you push the center section in, you can just pull out the buttons. There are about 14 quadzillion of them, usually in weird places. You can get a variety pack of the plugs from Ford, just in case you mutilate or lose some...P/N F65Z-15310A00-AD (PIN KIT) for the L.
