Stock w/k&n Dyno #s
99 SVT BOLT-
Was that with stock filter or K&n panel?

Don't know. I did not here anything cut out.By the way the motor sounds SO MEAN at full throttle with the hood open. That sound alone was worth the trip.

I think I got lucky with the weather. I will know when I start the mods and redyno.Hopefully going to JDM tomorrow to get some goodies before he goes away.

Picking up 4lb. pulley, belt,Flip chip, plugs, breather cap and ordering the new "silver bullet" catback exhaust.I talked to Jim and he is out of stock on the exhaust. So I am putting a deposit so I get it when he is back in stock.
Will be on vacation next two weeks and will put on mods and redyno.

Those are great stock numbers; a couple of us have had 356 rwhp stock but I haven't heard of anything over 360. What will be interesting is if you will see as big of an increase in hp with a chip as someone who dynoed in the more typical range of 340-350 stock rwhp.
Those are some really kick-a$$ dyno #'s!! Those stock #'s KILL my mod'd #'s. Have you taken it down the 1/4 mile yet? How did it do?
For comparison's sake: with a chip, 2lb pulley and PSP filter kit, I put down a measely 351 rwhp and 440 rwtq (SAE corrected). Admittedly, Not very impressive (Fortunately I'm not much of a dyno # kinda guy)....but those #'s were good enuff to run 12.94 @ 106 with a 1.97 60ft. (in FULL weight, including a Subwoofer box behind the seat).
With your stock #'s you should easily be running 12.8x's @ 107 on street tires. You definitely got a strong one (according to the Dyno anyway). Congrats!

Good stock numbers. All you will need now is a #4 pulley, spark plugs, and a Johnson Motor Sports chip (http://www.jmschip.com) and you will be getting into the 400 HP 500 T club.

13.7 in 1/4 mile with a little wheelspin.
The truck is completely STOCK except for the k&n panel. You can ask Jim at JDM he was looking at the motor today. Now if you ask me saturday at noon my answer will be different but so will my dyno numbers.
I can not say this enough. The conditions were PERFECT.Air,Humidity and the motor was cooled down.Real world ,if I pulled right in ,in the middle of the summer with no humidity or cool down I think it would be a different story.
By thw way.Never met Jim or julie before today and what everybody said is true. They treat you like family.I asked justin how the new"silver bullet" exhaust sounds 10 seconds after I met him and he told me to go take HIS truck for a spin. HE DID NOT EVEN KNOW MY NAME.(I did not take him up on it,but I did start it and it sounds MEAN) That is customer service to the tenth degree. No tuner war, just giving my experience. Thanks JDM

Congrats on those amazing numbers, thats some serious power right there.
I bet you can even run a mid to low 13, Oh my that really fast, yikes!!
OH BTW your Air Fuel is DANGEROUSLY LEAN, you should bring it to the local gas station OR SOMETHING and have the mechanic look at it.
I think you should leave it stock. Your truck is Beautiful, do you want to sell it to me ? Someday I would like to give you my Tel number so we can talk on the phone, your my hero and I'm a cheap fk and will never call you, so please call me when ever you can.
Oh by the way what is this word "Mod" you used ? Whats that ????
Is that some kind of Performance Term that means your about to put more money in your truck than I have in my house ???
