Tires flat spotting

How long does it take for a vehicle's tires to start flat spotting? I am ashamed to ask this question but since the truck has been in the garage in need of a new set of tires and since the weather here has been less than desireable ths winter I had to ask. I haven't driven it in about a month to month and a half. Thanks.

Honestly, I find the F1's deplorable for flat spotting. If I drive the truck on a day when it is quite warm (ie. any summer day) and then park it outside overnight where the temperature drops 20 degrees or more, it is flat spotted the next morning. Once there is some heat back in them, they're fine. But that can take 20 minutes in the cool of the morning. My 285/60/R18 Toyos that I used to have on my old Denali were just as bad.

Just inflate your tires to 40 psi for a while and then drop them down. You'll be fine.

I think this explains the vibration problem some people are having during cold driving....including me......now time to figure out that high speed vibration

I know of a sure fire way to eliminate flat spots on the rear tires...
