My seat is stuck forward, how do I get it back in place?

My seat is stuck forward, how do I get it back in place?
I have read about this before and that there is a certain way to remedy it. Can someone please help?

slide seat bottom all the way forward, then push the seat top to the rear of the truck.. sometimes you have to do it kinda hard..
also try pulling up on the rear button while pushing the seat back.
