I am currently installing my new boost guage. I just finished but when I start my truck the gauge goest below zero to 20 , and my stock gauge only goes to five now....should I check the lines or what???

It's normal. An engine at idle will produce about 22" vacuum. Drive it around and watch it when you hammer it. The measurement is taken off the intake manifold, not the blower.

 

ooooh...boy thats good to hear, I was afriad the guage was messed up.
