01 with line lock installed!
Here is the link but it is slow> http://www.******.com/forum/topic.as...&TOPIC_ID=1210
I installed a line lock on my Mustang, and I used the cruise control on/off button to control it. I mounted a hidden switch, to switch between cruise control mode, and line lock mode, for the button.
I thought it was a stealthy way to do it, and on the Mustang it's very easy to use.
Just thought this might be an idea for any of you looking to do a line lock.

SVT FL,
Thanks for the very informative Link.
Could you list the part #s for the Kits and the Relay. Appreciate it.
Do you get the Service Engine Light when you use. Just Curious, because if you do it is not a stored code.
Thanks, Jim

Pete,
It lets you do a standing burnout without holding your rear brakes on and burnin up your pads/glazing your rotors.
How did he get around the ABS sensor not triggering a comptuer alert when the front breaks where still on while the back weren't but the rear wheels rotating? I thought that was an issue.

Captainoblivious. If you press down the breaks then hold down the line lock and let off, it holds the fluid in your front breaks keeping them locked up, but letting your rear tires spin freely. It greatly reduces trans temp, saves breaks and lets your warm your tires much easier. As soon as you let off the button, the fluid is released and the breaks free up.
That's a nice install, but you don't have to use two solenoids and go after the ABS. You can go bewteen the master and the ABS module just like a normal line lock install, with no ABS problems.
I have looked at the line locks, like in Summit catalog but they all say not for use on ABS systems.
Is this just a CYA on their part?
Or is there a good reason for this suggestion?
It seems to me that line locks would be a good idea
