This one shows the JL POWERCOOLER mounted where the Winshield Washer Fluid tank goes. Mike (Mbrown) and myself are trying to come up with a way to mount a new WW Fluid Tank...

Very nice!!! What kind of spacer is above the head unit? And did you get the Thunderform with the standard subs they offer with it or are those different ones? Do they hit nice?

Its a Install kit with a little pocket for use above it. I guess you can put something small in it. I know the pics realyl are bad. Man I need a new camera!!! Plus it is raining and cold out, makes my cheap camera even worse!!! LOL!!!

The Thunderform has 6000's series in it. I think its plenty of bass for me in this truck, It hits really hard for 10's. I have had lowriders with tons of stereo stuff before, but this will go good since this is a race truck!! LOL

Nice head unit ICULOKN, I haven't even got my truck yet and I have already purchase a Alpine CDA-7977 head unit and sound processor. I still have my 2 rockford fosgate amplifiers and 3 10" JL audio W3's. I am soo anxious to drive the truck, I think I am dying.

Nice mods

I bet you could use the Powercooler as a widshield washer fluid tank too.

Hook a pump for the washers, then when at the track just fill it with ice.

Hey, the sub isn't self-powered is it? What do you got pushing it.

I was hoping to get one of the Thunderforms also, and push it with my old Punch 75 I kept from my Honda. It used to push a MTX solobaric sub pretty hard.

Hey, was the plastic storage bin difficult to remove? Where did you put the CD Changer? Do you think I can leave it in the same place, and still be able to remove the plastic storage bin?

thanx
JC

I have the MTX Thunder 500D mono sub amp pushing it. U have to move the changer for sure. Its easy to get out. Most people have moved it to under the seat. I just removed mine....

Don,

I thought about that but im not to sure yet. We will see,,,

Since the intercooler coolant flows through tubing inside the JL power cooler, and the ice/water mixture never comes in physical contact with the coolant. Why not put a pump in the open part of the tank and use it as a WW tank when not racing. When you get to the track fill it up with ice as you normally do. After you are done racing, just let the ice melt and use it as windshield washer fluid.

How do the traction bar feel? Have you had a chance to see if the work?

Tim,

Its hard to say right now. The roads here have alot of leftover salt and rocks right now. Over the weekend I plant to do some, well lets say I am going to hangout at the local place for some friday & saturday night fun. Get the point? I may even ride on the 16's for it ... Gota pay for some new mods... LOL
