No, I don't have any other traction device on the truck. I just got the snubber on Friday night before the races. It really did make a HUGE difference on my 2nd run and final run for the day. I don't know if it contributed to the .8 second drop entirely, but I know it sure did not hurt it at all. I think given a little more time and experience on the adjustability of the device, I will be more impressed with it than I already am. I looked at the truck traks, and I just never have liked being able to see stuff sticking out under the truck. I like to keep the sleeper (yea, like a lightning could look like a sleeper) look to my ride.
