Hey Tim, Id check into replacing that belt, its been on my mind ever since we swapped pulley's. Im running the nappa brand I got from JL when I ordered my pulley. Its part #080685. Its a little longer than stock and the nappa store down the street should have it in stock. When you romp on your L, it puts more tension on the belt, so Id replace it asap.
Oh, your welcome buddy!

I'm guessing its a lower pulley your talking about HU? The stock belt shouldn't be to tight unless your tension pulley is up against its stop. If your worried a 68" belt would be the next size up, try it and if you have any slipping problems go back to stock.
