ported heads

Will ported PI heads from a 4.6 work on my Lightning? The reason why I ask is there is a place that ports heads for mustangs for a certain amount and lightnings for a higher amount...

It's the same exact head. If they are charging extra for Lightnings, either they are doing something different or they are ripping people off.
