Yep, that is the color that is underneath the black. I heard somewhere that the primer for white is a dark color (sometimes even black has been used), something about making the vehicle color stand out more.

Pennsylvania is a no-fault state. No, I haven't brought in Dave and Buster's into this situation........yet. If I don't get quick satisfaction from the parking company, then the legal stuff will start. Because if I wait around for the parking company, I may be waiting a while. Can't stand to see her looking so bad.
