I have already broke 1 and bent another. How do you gap these things?

 

Very carefully. That is why some don't like Denso's. They are so frail. You MUST not touch the electrode at all. Just slightly adjust the grounding arm. They do make a tool that does just that also. Your auto parts store or Sears will have it. Hope this helps. Jeff
