??? on 32 V engine

With the exception of the intake, would you see any problem with using a Navagator 32V engine and putting Lightning internals in it to do the 32V conversion? I know it would take some fine tuning, but what other major differences do the 2 engines have?

Physical size. The 4v head will make the blowe sit higher causeing hood clearance issues, unless you do some trick intake fabrication.

I am not going to use the stock blower on this engine. My main concern is with the bottom end of the engine. Thanks for the info though.

isn't the navigator head ALOT heavier? To the point that the HP and ft/lbs gain wouldn't help

It is heavier, but I don't think that it even comes close to not being worth the power. I have heard some pretty impressive gains from the 4v heads.

4v mod motor mustangs are about to break into the 8's. I would say the extra weight would be no problem at all. There probably isnt 50 lbs. difference between the two sets. I dont know that for sure but its just a guess.

I see that Lightningtuner just posted his sales of the bottom end kit . Are you guys seeing where this is going right now. I want to take the navagator engine, bore it .30 and forge the hell out of all the internals (just like the kit lightningtuner is selling). I figure, for about 8k, you could have a fully forged 32V engine ready for a Twin Turbo setup. That would produce some major ponies!!! Does anyone for see a problem in doing this???
