Is the 2001/02 stock black billet grille black, or are they grey like my 00 honeycomb? I just bought fog light and headlight covers and they look stupid with my grey grille. If they are black, does anyone know where i can get the 01/02 ford oem grille? I like those better than the billet ones....

its a charcol (sp) grey , dark ...but a cleaner look than the 2000 grill , I just switched, from a distance it looks black

 

I had completly forgotten about those terms MRBBQMAN. Brings a few smiles back. lol.

 

But they are more black than my 2000 yes? Also, where to get one relatively not-ford-dealership-priced?

Anybody out there switch to billet and have your old one lying around??

 

I just don't see the reason to switch to a different grille...the honeycomb one looks fine
