I just wanted to thanks Mark for his information and prompt service. I placed an order last weekend, and I received it only 1 week later (plus it was shipped across the country). Everything was delivered safely. Thanks again Mark.

What's wrong with posting some praise on this forum? Everybody else does it when they recieve an order from their prospective tuner. I'm going to chime in on this one and shoot some praise out to Mark as well. Just recieved my order promptly and it, too, was shipped across the country. Mark is always willing to talk about the trucks or to just talk about anything. He is a stand up guy and deserves this recognition. Keep up the good work Mark.

Mark is a great guy! Period! He always gets things out as quickly as he can and provides a tracking # so I can keep up with it. Yesterday I ordered a part from him that I needed quickly. He didn't wait a couple of days before sending it out like I've had happen with other places. It was out before close of business. It's rough when you pay for over night or 2nd day and the person on the other end doesn't send things off in time for you to get them when you need it. You're out the money for special shipping rates and you don't get your stuff on time anyway. I've never had this problem with Mark. The guy understands what good service will do for a business. I'm not talking about lip service either. He continues to take care of his customers even when there is no one around to see what he's doing. It's how you behave when no one else is around that shows your true character. Mark is GOLDEN. If I have a choice between equal products, LFP gets the nod every time.
