Question question about lowering my L...

Can anyone tell me whats the best lowering package i can get that will improve my handling but not cause me to bounce.. Do i necessarily have to have lowered spindles?? Also list all the components needed also. I've seen a lot of guys using bilsteins? How much are the lowering kits and bilsteins and where would be the best place to purchase?

P.S... I was thinking about buying a cervini hood with the two ram induction scoops. Cervini advertise theirs in the magazine for 439 bucks, which isn't bad until you tack on about 100 extra bucks extra for shipping. If possible, can i find it cheaper..Sorry for sounding like a penny pincher A guy told me that these cervini hoods are actually heavier than our factory aluminum hoods because their fiberglass.. What do you guys think? I guess with the power and torgue in these trucks, it really doesn't make a difference..

Thanks !

Check the Online Store here on F150Online. Great prices for the kits.

Thanks guy!

Another question. Captainoblivious mentioned that the one of the kits will cause the wheels to bow end once the supension settles. Does this apply to the billtechs or all lowering kits? Also how will this kit help my performance? Will i be able to take corners alot more agile? any understeer? bouncing?

Does the FRPP kit's front springs give a 1" or 2" drop on a L? Can you get just the springs, and will a dealership install them and align them w/a camber kit? And how much $

Thanks!

If you lower the front of the truck, your gonna have to get an alignment done after everything settles.

If you want a complete package get the hotchkis springs and custom valve shocks. Any kit will lower your center of gravity, stock the lightnings can really handle great.
