Bassani Customer Support

Well after installing my bassani exhaust and having to go through all the trouble cause they sent me wrong size spacers and wrong bolt pattern double hanger, i sent in some pictures of the wrong parts in a mail to them, as well as i called the company to see what they could do for me. I was not interested at all in having them send me the right hangers because my fix for it will work more than adequately, but after some time on the phone and much mild mannored conversation on the phone the bassani rep was able to refund all shiping expenses as noted by my receipt. As far as i'm concerned, that is great customers service, the whole tone of the phone conversation was "how can i help you" its good to see that they actually did care about their customer (me) and after many weeks now of more then happy driving with the best sounding exhaust ever, i'm a much more happier person.

Thats great to hear, that a company DOES give a damn about us, the consumer. With all the bit*$ing about some aftermarket manufactors, it's nice to hear some good news about Lightning parts suppliers. Guess that takes the guess work out of which type of aftermarket exhaust system I will be purchasing!!!!

thats a good point,, when a company makes a mistake, its on them to fix it any way they can, thats what good customer service is. I was suprised to,, figured i'd just get some apology letter or maybe just the right brackets sent to me or something like that, or even worse a coupon
