Air intake

I'm looking to get a new air injection system. Like an airforce 1 or other brand.

Someone posted pics of his that kinda split like a Y and had two air filters and either side of it. Anyone know which one I'm talking about?

Does anyone know if it is any good? Would it be worth getting on a truck that doesn't have an air ram hood?

Question CERVINIS RAM AIR

Was it the Cervinis Ram-Air (never released) kit to match their hood?

I don't think so. The guy had it in his truck but I can't remember who it was.

Might have been jims at JDM. Never released ans it sucks in rain. It is actually a ram air setup.

Aside from the fact that that's an extreme case of filter overkill, that's not a Lightning, that's a regular F-150.

That thing looks like it's primary purpose is to look good. There is no way an Engine without forced induction of any kind could possibly need that much air.

HOWEVER......... if the price was right, I'd buy one!!!

It would definately turn some heads...

If you want a filter kit for your f150 then I recommend the Air Force 1 which I have on my 97 xlt 4.6. It's a decent mod and works. You can buy it here on the f150 store site.
