driving with you pasenger window down,and you step on the gas on a roll, does it sound like your motor it sputtering or missing?I cant descibe it except it sounds like air in perfect time with each revolution of the motor??I wish I could describe it better but check it out on your trucks and let me know if you hear it too.

 

if your talking about the dual 14416's, When i step on it it roars. You need to describe it better.

 

mines does that, sounds strange at wide open throttle. I have the 12468..which one do you have?

 

I recently bought the 14468. Not too loud, not that impressed. Magnaflow really screws u over when u dont buy the whole cat-back system with their piping. This muffler didn't even line of close with the pipes comin from the tips. At least magnaflow could've made it easier for the outlets to be closer to the piping that is connected to the tips.

 

The best way I can explain it is to touch your teeth together and blow,then use your tongue and touch your teeth rapidly.sound like a pop up sprinkler you use on your grass and it happens with every revolution of the motor.I know all the cylinders are firing or else I have I bad *** 7 cylinder truck.never heard it on my Y2k truck with the 14468 muffler
