I checked out the link--what does 'DSM' mean or stand for? And how about '2G' and '3G'?

DSM stands for "Diamond Star Motors"...it is a business parternship between Mitsubishi and Chrysler. (aka, eagle talon, etc)

2G and 3G just represent second-generation, third-generation, etc. 2g's are DSM, I don't think 3g's are.

Third-generation are today's Eclipses, second-gen was the one where you could get the trubo-all wheel drive (just previous to the latest body shape)

Just wanted to give you my opinion. I checked out the thread and it really goes to show the class of people on the Lightning forum. After looking at the one thread on DSM, I decided to see what else they could be discussing.

The next thread I looked at had a bunch of the DSM guys talking about smoking and growing Marijuana. I guess I'm a little old fashioned, but this bothers me. They talk about driving fast in their cars and getting pulled over and searched because the Police smelled the smoke. They were also discussing what laps to use to grow the plants.

Well I have to say that evenhtough I don't have my Lightning yet! You guys and gals are a class act! You may get into an argument once in awhile, but atleast you all are adults.

Hope everyone has a great weekend!

This was good quote:
Youll take him easily, after about 85-90 they really suck my friends dad has one and he let us take it out on the freeway, it has the aerodynamics of a brick.
Well we don't have aerodynamics but last time I punched it 85 it shot up to 110 pretty quick for a brick.

But this is my favorite:
yeah i second the posts. you should be able to take a stock lightening. make sure you dont **** him off though. he might go tow your house away.

Yeah, the Scott whoever comment was a little disturbing. Sounds like a site for adolescent prevert druggies - LOL.
