What was the funniest thread ever?

Here's my favorite. It's a classic for sure...

Alright vruhm:

Ageism is politically incorrect--and you know how politically correct I am.....................whoooooboy--I crack me up.

I don't have a link to it but I think the funniest thread was the one where CornerCarver said he was gonna beat me at SDR! That's the funniest thing I've ever read. I will beat his 'rt', his 60', his 1/8th, and, most of all--I will beat his 1/4 mile et. --at SDR on January 26, 2002! This will be the 'grudge' match of the year for Lightnings--bigger even than Sal vs. Jim vs. JL in a three-lane 1/4 mile race.

It will be wide open--any mod allowed--no rules! Well, there is one rule--only one! We both must line up at 1:30 pm on January 26, 2002, and be staged togeather. That's it! That's how confident I am.

Come one! Come all! And witness this ol' man spankin' that young whippersnapper!

I thank you,

Dan

Ok, can't find the thread, but some of you guys who've been here for a while, will remember the Herculiner thread? Where the guy accidently Hurculinered his male part.

Personally, I felt that BigStallion's wrecked L thread was incredibly funny from a sorry assed point of view. I've never seen quite so much jibberish in one paragraph before in my life.

I'm afraid some of the humor has left the building. Too bad too. We've got a great bunch of people with some great stories to tell, but they always seem to end with a bunch of slinging.

Ah well, I still enjoy my time here. Haven't posted nearly as much recently, but the chill is out of the air and my blood is starting to boil Lightning red again. Come on spring.

p.s. The rice machines from hell thread was pretty good as well. Little biased on that one, however, as I started it. Take a peak for a quick refresher: (see next reply as I can't insert image in edit)

Notice he hasn't even responded---I'm not surprised! Yes, he's half my age but I have noticed as I matured; things firmed up, contracts and promises are kept, idle boasting is a thing of the past............He threw down the gauntlet and now he won't take my firm challenge. I don't care how young and strong--oh, don't forget 'quick'(remember he scoffed at my 4.5 hour plug change)--he is; the question is, is he a man of his word or just a faint bleating(not unlike a sheep ) in the wind?

Best personal regards,

Dan

The funniest and one of the longest threads that I can remember is the "Christy Ann will you marry me" thread. Anyone remember that one?
