Plastic model Lightnings

Guys,

Any alternatives to the Revel plastic 99' model? I was hoping for a 2001 model kit, but are there any others out there? If they sell them on line, please point me in the right direction.

P.S. I bought the 99' Revel kit, and the backside of the wheels look like the 01's design. Interesting

I believe the only Burago Lightning model is 1:21 scale, not 1:18. (no flame intended) It's not a bad model- although the black one has incorrect chrome bumper steps. It looks a little funny size wise, next to 1:18 die casts. I wish someone would hurry up and release a 1:18 version.

My black burago is dead on with the paint and plastic. My silver one is also. You can buy these models all day at KBtoys and Toys R' Us for only $15. Please don't buy online unless you have to. I see people on ebay selling these things for triple what you can buy them in stores. I wrote a email to one of the guys telling him that I thought it was ****ty that he was ripping people off and he said that he didn't care and would continue as long as people kept buying them.
