TRENZ billlet grilll install questions.....HELP

TRENZ billlet grilll install questions.....HELP

Hey ive got the old grill out and ive got the TRENZ sittin here in the living room....i bent some of the tabs to fit better and now all thats left to do is drill a hole and rivet it in.....
HERES THE QUESTION.....
Im new to all this stuff, so how do i USE rivets?? and how small of a drill bit should i use etc...after I put the rivets in (which i dunno how to do) do i shave the ends off or leave em as they are??
HELP would be great! thanks

you have to use a rivet gun to use the rivets..
you drill a hole the same size as the rivet, then use the rivet gun to pop 'em in..

I looked at your writeup on the grill install and found it to be very informative. I can see that the upper grill fits from behind and has the bars sticking out past the grill opening. The lower grill appears to fit inside the grill opening. Is that correct and is it big enough to fit behind the grill opening just like the top grill? Thanks.

the top grill hasbars that stick out past the opening, but they are hidden, so its okay..

the bottom one has to go in from the front..
there isn't anything for it to attach to if you try to put it behind the opening.
its designed to go in the opening.
