Do I have to call SVT to get my cert or can I depend on them to send it to me-or are they not available yet? Should be with the 02s out. Have I been sleeping too long?

 

Just call svt @ 1800 FORD-SVT (i think that's it?)
I got mine within a week after calling.

I got mine about he same time all the other '01 owners got theirs. I think it was about a month after the end of the production run.

 

We get a piece of paper and the harley guys get a key chain and a engraved plaque.Whats up with that?

I'd probably call again. I called and faxed a copy of my registration and had mine in a couple of weeks. Maybe yours fell of the desk into a corner ...........JR

Yes call again , I hadnt got mine from when I bought my 2000 new in Feb of 01 , I called and got it in 4 days from them .

 

Yes, Nitrous, I got a cert for my used L when I called. I faxed them a letter with my VIN on it, and gave them my home address (This also registered me as the owner of that VIN, putting me on their internal mailing list for tech recalls, etc. I got the neat-o cardboard tube with the Coke can-coozie and rolled up intercooler leak notice.)

 

hey....i called there last week...they said they were sending them out soon...they were waiting for the SVT club paperwork, so they can send it all at once

 

nope, wait a minute... they just called back and told me i dont have an SVT. all my F150 is a step-side with ricer taillights!
