Kenwood KEG! 10 gigs of music!

Check it out guys, i saw it a while back but I didn't know if they where going to come out with it and it looks like it should be here next month, YEAH BABY!

I'm going to get one for my work vehicle. should be pretty nice to have that much music at your finger tips! I think there going to be about 750 bucks for this unit, which isn't that bad I guess. If you don't have a 2001 or 2002 kenwood head unit, your screwed though. I'm going to my dealer to get on the list for one of these, its just what I wanted all along for MP3 music!

I like the Sonic Blue Rio Car Player (formerly known as the Empeg unit) better.

Its full linux box, can hop on your in house network for loading up and easily swaps between cars.

Well techinically I have a work car now! I got put into a new Grand prix GT, just picked it up last night. Its fully loaded except I'm missing the one thing I want the most, THE BLOWER! My dad new that If I got another GTP it would be a modified GTP pretty soon, so that was the end of that one. But I have my old MP3 player form my old work truck. That aiwa Piece of CHIT, It was one of the first ones out with MP3 and its the biggest junk I have ever bought, NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY AIWA! I've returned it 4 times to best buy and it breaks every time after about a week, so I gave up on it.

I'm looking at the Z828 kenwood radio right now on the net for only $489 bucks, plus then I could have the KEG int he back with another 10gigs of music. I should be able to carry most of my music with the keg and 12CD visor if all in MP3 format. Wouldn't that be NICE.

Thumbs up

Another good reason to have a CAT5 Network drop installed in the garage...
